You are a total feminist. This doesn't mean you're a man hater (in fact, you may be a man).

Who totally stole it from The Geek Side. Interesting meme, even if the information is sorta kinda maybe useless…lol
Oh yeah, definitely useless.
But NOT what I was expecting, that’s for sure! Ha! I am anything BUT androgynous!!!
You stole it from me, vesta44? I stole it from Dark Daughta!
I also came up as androgynous.
I am supposedly androgynous, too ;o) According to them, I am at the 50th percentile for masculinity and at the 73rd percentile for femininity… Although, honestly, I suspect that this scale has a HUGE response bias. And it really, really is more about gender stereotypes than about actual gender differences. There are few statistically significant gender differences anyways, and the ones that do exist are most of the time still tiny… the few relatively pronounced differences I know of almost exclusively concern sexual behavior.
Actually one of my professors, who is a relationship researcher, says that she wants to write a book titled “Men and women are from earth” as a response to books like “Men are from Mars, women are from Venus” because she is so fed up with how much popular culture exaggerates sex and gender differences.
I feel weird. I’m the only one who scored feminine, it seems (I stole it from Vesta44 earlier, and took it.
). Though I was 63rd percentile for feminine, and 47th percentile for masculine.
integgy – seems to me this is scored based on a median split – eveyone who scores higher than average (even if he or she happens to score just 1% higher) is counted as high in masculinity/ femininity, everyone below average is scored as low… which makes this whole thing even less meaningful, particularly when applied to individuals. Whatever. I guess I should stop taking stuff like this so serious ;o)
Well, integgy, I scored 63% for femininity, too.
But I’d ALSO scored 63% for masculinity.
So I guess that’s why they labelled me androgynous – because I was EXACTLY the same on both scales.
